At Puro, we're dedicated to a process that is as honest and transparent as the products we craft. Your loafers are handmade in limited batches to ensure quality and reduce waste. We want to be clear about how we get them to you.

Processing & Transit Times
Every pair is crafted with care, passing through a minimum of 14 hands before it's ready to ship. Given this meticulous, small-batch process, please allow 

2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, transit times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee on all orders. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
We'll send you a separate tracking number once your order is on its way so you can follow its journey to you.
